Chemtrailing turning the skies into yellow smudge likely also block rays that allow the skin to make enough Vit. D? A population with chronic mild rickets and reduced resistance is easier to kill? The target is the immune system.

Probably the single most effective thing I have taken of the self protective nostrums was increasing my daily vit. D. supplements.

I do 30K IU daily in the winter. As I get older, I notice I get daily headaches in winter, which is a symptom of Vitamin D deficiency. We first noticed it with my wife, who actually has pigmentation. Extra D helped her headaches as well.

I take it everyday year round. It's sitting on the desk next to me. Wake up and have some. I just do 2k IU though, maybe 4k. Not a doctor, but supposedly you can overdo it with too much after a while so tread carefully with that dose.

I also wear pants and long sleeves year round, so not a ton of natural sunlight vitamin D even in summer. Knock on wood, even with 4 covid positive tests I haven't gotten sick sick. Like lay in bed for days. Started doing it when Covid hit the scene. Based on user suggestions here.

Never had luck with Vitamin C. I intake it with food, but the Vitamin C lobby must be big, probably because of oranges. Vitamin D I simply cannot get right now in IL naturally. I'm not walking in -1ºF temps today in a jacket, get cold wind burn and limited natural vitamin D.

You have to do 50K - 100K IU of D to notice any untoward effects. Our own bodies produce it in megadoses everytime we get a good bit of sun. It's safer than ivermectin.

You can really fuck yourself up if you do too much iron, though. Stick to the red meat instead.

You're not digesting it in pill or gummy format. Through the skin is a different animal which has its own side effects with skin cancer. That's why I dress like a landscaper. Fair skin and don't want to get burned.

Digesting it is more grueling on the body is what I've heard. Could be wrong, but I agree we get more from sunlight, just a different form of ingestion or pathway. I've heard you have to be careful with supplementing it too much. Natural you're fine, just don't torch your skin.
