I do 30K IU daily in the winter. As I get older, I notice I get daily headaches in winter, which is a symptom of Vitamin D deficiency. We first noticed it with my wife, who actually has pigmentation. Extra D helped her headaches as well.
You have to do 50K - 100K IU of D to notice any untoward effects. Our own bodies produce it in megadoses everytime we get a good bit of sun. It's safer than ivermectin.

Chemtrailing turning the skies into yellow smudge likely also block rays that allow the skin to make enough Vit. D? A population with chronic mild rickets and reduced resistance is easier to kill? The target is the immune system.
Probably the single most effective thing I have taken of the self protective nostrums was increasing my daily vit. D. supplements.
