Meh - Trump just needs to remove the hold Biden put on some weapons sales to Israel and let Israel continue their success in wiping out the Islamist nutters.

In disagreement. There are so many solutions. Brut force is of course one. There's a way to end all the conflicts in one fell swoop. Won't happen, but there's a way. We'll see what Trump does. Lame duck, but this is his legacy and he wants to protect the family name if past history is an indicator.

Iran is already pulling back, others will fall in line. I agree, let Israel take out the proxy armies - it's their fight. We should wind down all boots on the ground in the Mideast. Still need a presence in Africa because those countries can't govern themselves, much less raise a fight against funded Muslim terrorism.

Like what kind of weapons? They are fighting an adversary hiding in buildings and moving around via network of underground tunnels. The only type of weapon capable of making a difference there is chemical.(Wonder how Ass-ad and Puking conquered Aleppo? That's how.) Absent that option it's infantry fight, literally guys with rifles going door-to-door and tunnel-to-tunnel. Israel already has guys and rifles. What difference can Trump make there?

Bunker busters. They need them for Iran's nuke program and used up a bunch taking out Hamas and Hezbollah underground bunkers and tunnels.

Republican senators say Biden delaying shipments of bunker-buster bombs, helicopters, D9s

This is Trump trying to replicate the huge PR gain Reagan got when Iran released the hostages on his Inauguration Day.

We don't have much to gain from Africa. We're Americans. We would have extracted what we needed from there. We did that in the 1700-1800's.

Diamonds and mining don't require military involvement. Private security is fine at the mines. What else is there? Sand? Africa is going nowhere. Let the Muslims go crazy. Have them shift down to Africa that is useless. That's a win.

Useful, but hardly a game-changer. It's one thing to hit a Red Army headquarter with a bunch of their and NoKo generals plotting an offensive in Kursk or hitting the unsuspecting Hizballah top brass meeting with Iranian envoy in some bunker Beirut, but it doesn't do much against disperced force in the spaghetti bowl of tunnels. I believe Ham-ass top cheese was killed by a regular infantry platoon...

Yep, boots on the ground:

“We’ll do what is necessary,” Trump said about the possibility of deploying troops to fill any security vacuum. “If it’s necessary, we’ll do that.”

Let's hear that "reeeee!"

Nope.

By the end of this, the Arabs will think they tricked both Bibi and Trump and suck their own dicks, the Arab Leaders will be paying into the US Sovereign Wealth Fund with little to no overhead of our own, and Hamas will be a Watermelon at a Gallagher concert.

In 10 years, Cheapskate Euroleftists will book flights on RyanAir to Gaza to stay at the Trump Beachside resort, a mile from the Saudi-Gaza pipeline where US tankers load up crude without running down the Suez or the Straits of Hormuz. Iranian missiles and Houthi pirates will have no targets to shoot at.

The left, those of little faith, and the lugnut Natsoc entryists - STILL haven't learned the Art of the Deal.

I'm old enough to remember grown men on this very forum fainting like little girls at the news of 101 Airborne being temporarily deployed to Romania. (Romania, Karl!!). It's very refreshing to see the average intestinal fortitude over the years getting so much stronger. 🤡

Trump just let the DaJoo IDF do all the heavy urban fighting so the US roll in and just take the place easy.

(No wignat would even think of such an obvious angle, does not compute, original Wokevirus HIV permanent irreversible total infection).

US President Donald Trump said that if all the hostages held in Gaza are not returned by noon on Saturday he would propose cancelling the Israel-Hamas ceasefire and that 'all hell is going to break out'

Donbas has always been culturally and politically Russian, but I'm not sure the other regions in eastern Ukraine are as that much pro-Kremlin.

So does that mean Kremlin keeps Donbas (along with Crimea) as part of the negotiations, or the Kremlin wants more regions in eastern Ukraine ?

Maybe one for the predictions thread. Good luck to the Russia-Russia warmongers!

Here’s some neocon copium: WSJ today stretched what JD Vance said to claim he’d “send U.S. troops to Ukraine if Moscow failed to negotiate in good faith remained "on the table.”

What actually was said:

Fuel Air Explosives and the MOAB

But I don't think the Egyptian Army is massing to attack Israel. I was ROTFL when GangbangGirl (aka Syrian Girl/Partisan Girl) talked about "Arab armies all invading Israel". been done before, I think that's the kind of war might be over in 5... call it 6 days.

"I say we dust off and nuke 'em from orbit. It's the only way to be sure."

From "Aliens", one of the greatest movies ever made.
