As the bad actors in the DOJ and FBI has their day in courts, those Judges can all say they were duped and lied to, and were acting in good faith. To embroil themselves in some clean up cover up effort at this point, would be very foolish futile for them.

That any FBI agent out of the 5000 names given, that were acting in good faith, wont be fired or prosecuted. But it has been reinforced that those that went above and beyond diligence to tip the scale and persecute innocent people or ignored exculpatory evidence that exonerated J6 suspects, will have the book thrown at them hard.
Just a few months ago, a Democrat Judge would have stepped up and put the kybosh on every effort Trump and Elon has made so far. None of this would be happening.

Committee hearings and DOJ email subpoenas. It really is a very very VERY serious crime to be a partisan judge for hire. It has been a protected business by a Marxist compromised DOJ, that is NOT the case any more.

Judges can't be removed because you don't like their rulings, but they can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law colluding with parties to affect outcomes of cases they hear or if it's exposed they selectively only hear cases brought by partner corrupt officials.
