I'm on the ban list for buying things. Not because of money, I just buy stupid shit admittedly.

The other thing I think is people are moving away from urban centers where there are no Target or Walmarts around within 20-30min. You spend more on gas than having goods delivered to you and saving time.

I think most retail is dead. Outlet malls can do fine because they're selling off the stuff cheaper to get rid of it. The only store I go to is grocery stores and gas stations. I do have to go to the bank today for the first time in years because of a big check.

I think non-warehouse or industrial property is going to take a bath in the coming years. Basically retail will eat shit. That includes banks. No idea how they are going to repurpose all these properties.

There's no reason to go into a store. 9 out of 10 time you know a person with the product and just buy it online. You don't have to touch and feel the sample.

They don't know what they're doing. They hired too many women in HR if being honest. Not necessarily about wokeness, more women in HR has screwed it up. Modern mom's have no clue how to control kids they raise. Especially other females.

Especially 35-45 year olds still thinking their 14-16 year old is a baby. Younger women are dip shits. It's my generation. Mom's suck at their job as mom. I don't put up with shit. I chew out other peoples kids and give no shits about it. No problem telling a parent they're not doing their job.

My son threw an athletic device. I chewed his ass out for 20 minutes (don't want to dox myself). State competition. I get the passion. Can't flipping win them all. Other parents would be "it's fine honey to be upset." Fuck that. I chewed his ass out in the parking lot with F bombs. Nothing physical. Told him to go find his mom and get fucked, I'm not driving you home. He blamed me is the point. I'm legendary in the sport and he didn't F'ing listen. He would have gotten 5th in state and already had 7th in another thing.

When a kid doesn't listen to me, get fucked. It's why I can't coach. I will chew your kid out and it won't be pleasant. They will cry.
