Trump likes bombs. Can get a lot done in quick time and minimal risk to our people. Strategic, generally minimal loss of life, sometimes for non civilian targets which is better than marching into urban combat and killing their citizens on accident. Then they'll hate us for life.

I'm sure there may have been people at those structures unfortunately just doing the job they were tasked with, likely most not even knowing the plan for the nuclear fuel. Highly doubt most read international news sources. Sure there were managers and bright scientist, but I bet it was hush and the lackeys just did most the work while top brass were the only ones informed. Why would any Israeli or American boots get on the ground? Land war is essentially impossible in Iran without killing millions of civilian.

Trump planned out a coy military strike for weeks, maybe months. Go have talks in the Middle East with multiple countries AND skip Israel. They tried to work out a peace deal as Israel took out their defenses. Iran didn't come to the table. Trump has said no nukes. Hasn't lied about anything.

Everyone talks about war of attrition with Russia and Ukraine. Our attrition is bombs at strategic spots and at least with the US nothing they can. Remember we can do this forever at night with bombers that can't be seen or detected and are precise. I believe generally with some warning when it's warranted, unless it's a person we want gone. Iran can't retaliate and our local bases are on high alert. Even hypersonic they can get in cars and be miles away before it hits.

Iran strikes a US base and drop bombs on infrastructure like bridges, military air strips, rail, etc. If you're not killing civilians, but making their lives annoying they will eventually cave and revolt. Their citizens know they ain't attacking the US. Maybe in the Gulf with a subpar Navy.

I think what Trump has done is fine. He had a goal. We'll see if he got the underground stuff as much as he hoped. Israel has people in the Iran. They'll know in a few days or maybe weeks on the ground.

Drafts have usually been for 18 to 25. They then probably get 90 days of training and getting in shape. You've been on this forum since 2018. I highly doubt we have active users here that signed up when you would have to have been around 12 years old to be considered for a draft now.

Basically you wouldn't even be considered. Not sure if it was sarcasm. But you have to know how to fight and shoot. Communicate. And plenty of other things I don't know.

We'll just draft missiles from the Gulf or Med. Or from our land bases. Built in the USA with American labor. Iran has a tiny amount of shoreline. We hit their main ports it's game over. Knock out a couple of bridges. I really wouldn't get worked up about a draft.
