No Pakis or 5 Dimes or 20 Sockgroypers voted in that X poll, right? Because it's exactly opposite what the last two polls since the bombings began show among Republican Likely Voters.

True, but he will need to be strong enough to face blackmail and threats.

Yep, time for Party discipline.

Massie is just like the old GOPe Fabian Delayers of Immigration Reform. "Oh we can deport 20M illegals with the old Biden DHS budget, fiscally irresponsible for a wall and immigration enforcement", Massie said, overlooking the Mexicans working on his ranch.

Remember, Massie voted in May 2023 for 18 months of a blown out debt ceiling and continuing 2022 Peak COVID extravaganza spending for Biden to Jan 2025....

... but was immediately up Trump's ass about immediate cuts and perfect budgets the day Trump won election. Massie introduced no bill of his own.

Holy shit, the President, as leader of the party, can't enforce party discipline?

Since when?

Massie gets to attack and campaign against Trump for years and years and thinks Trump can't campaign against him? What hypocrite balls.

Were you concerned about "separation of powers" when Massie campaigned against Trump? Whenever a President campaigns for a Senator?

In that interview, Massie talked at length about his off-grid house and its configuration. I’ve wondered whether that gave too much information to bad actors. His wife lived there alone during the week.

That’s not right, misleading ads. i never agreed that people out of state should be able to buy political ads.

plus i don’t see this campaign as anything more than self serving. he wants to ram BBB through, that’s the payoff. we get debt and interest.
287   PanicanDemoralizer   2025 Jun 26, 10:00pm

Everything in this ad is true and correct. This is his voting record. Control of the House is razor thin. It's important to not only elect Republicans, but actual MAGA ones.

Without fully funding DHS/ICE at higher than Biden Levels (which would be a fraction of revenue), we can't deport 10+M people and we won't have a country in a few decades to pay debt ON.

Massie in into having a Heinleinian Lunar Colony in the USA, but it if we continue mass migration of Socialists and Islamists, we're in deep shit.

They Think You're Stupid: Why the Attack Ads On Thomas Massie Are So Dishonest
Omnibus bills SUCK #8 ...

Omnibus spending bills - Congress’s usual way of doing business - are the most ridiculous way of allocating spending.

Instead of voting on particular spending based on its own merits, all spending is combined into one bill. Members of Congress are asked to vote for all of it, or none of it.

With one vote.

In his interview with podcaster Theo Von this week, Massie brought up how ridiculous this process is.

Sen. Rand Paul agreed. ...

Massie continued, “And and then that way your you can go to your representative or your senators and say, ‘why did you vote for that right now?’ They can say, "well, Theo, I had to vote for it, it had a pay raise for soldiers.”

Von nodded his head in agreement.

Massie’s point stuck: Who would possibly be against a pay raise for soldiers?

Which is precisely the point of these junky and deceptive omnibus bills.

Massie went on, “They literally will put a pay raise for soldiers in every freaking bill giant bill so that if you vote against it you have to go back home and watch tv ads that say ‘he voted against a pay raise for the soldiers." ...

As this is published, a “MAGA Kentucky” PAC is running ads attacking Thomas Massie for being opposed to the “Big, Beautiful Bill” spending legislation currently in Congress.

Which includes omnibus spending. Which he just spelled out in plain English why it’s such a dishonest waste of American taxpayer dollars.
289   PanicanDemoralizer   2025 Jun 27, 7:00pm

Everything in this ad is accurate. The Omnibus only needs a bare majority to pass.

Unlike Massie's "Muh Induhvidual Bills" that each require 60 in the Senate as well as a majority in the house. This won't realistically happen anytime soon, even if the Republicans have a good Midterm.

Massie's Job is to stop the good using to perfect to keep the Status Quo.

It's no accident that the Reid-era appointed Parliamentarian went right for the Medicaid restrictions to illegals. Even illegals and fakefugees won't work at Koch Industry prices without that medicaid.

With Chris LaCivitas running MAGAKentucky, Massie won't be able to fight on Retired (Koch Executive) donations alone from a safe seat.

Trump's warchest is $1.4B for 2026.

Massie in trouble among Republican Primary voters as he seeks reelection Poll Results Kentucky04 GOP with write up

Kissimmee, Florida – With just under a year until the 2026 Republican Primary, incumbent
Congressman Thomas Massie appears to be in for a rough road ahead. When asked if voters
plan to vote to reelect Massie regardless of who runs against him, only 19% indicate support for
Massie while 47% indicate support for a challenger
. Introducing the hypothetical of a Trump
endorsement of a challenger, Massie’s support falls to 14% and those supporting a challenger
rises to 59%.

As of the time the poll was in the field, there is one candidate, Registered Nurse Nicole Lee
Ethington, filed to challenge Massie in the Republican primary. In a head-to-head poll, Massie
trails Ethington 31%-19% with a majority of voters undecided. Massie’s 19% support matches
the pre-Trump endorsement ballot test against an unnamed opponent. With Massie continuing
to hit that 19% number, Ethington is likely the only one with significant room to grow in support
as her share of the vote is below the total number of voters that say they will at least “probably”
vote for a challenger to Massie.

we are positioning ourselves for bad, real bad. because we choose to indulge now at expense of next gen. that’s not america, that’s satanic.

we not in agreement on national direction. the only thing i do like is deportation funding, but let’s see how that carrot on a stick goes.

tip and overtime deduction is bullshit. great for government unions though.

Rep. Massie Files Bill to REPEAL the PREP Act and Strip Big Pharma of Legal Immunity

The PREP Repeal Act (H.R. 4388) would END liability protections for experimental pandemic countermeasures like mRNA injections — and restore the right to sue for injury.

“The PREP Act is medical malpractice martial law,” said Rep. Massie.

“The 2005 PREP Act prevents people from holding corporations accountable for the pain and suffering they cause during Presidentially declared emergencies. Americans deserve the right to seek justice when injured by government-mandated products. The PREP Repeal Act will restore that right.”

What the PREP Repeal Act Would Do:

Fully repeals Sections 319F–3 and 319F–4 of the Public Health Service Act — ending liability protections for pandemic countermeasures.
Restores the right to sue under federal and state law for injuries caused by drugs, biologics, or PREP Act–covered products.
Applies retroactively to pending lawsuits and appeals.
Rescinds unused federal funds from the PREP Act injury compensation fund.
Includes a severability clause to ensure the bill survives court challenges.

I don't know, I see this kind of thing from congress critters (looking at you Rand Paul and MTG) all the time. It makes for great PR but what's the point of introducing legislation with only 1 co-sponsor and no chance of even being reviewed in committee? It's grand standing. Build a coalition of 30 to 40 house members and get it through committee and on to the floor and then I'll be impressed. This cost him nothing but paper and 30 minutes of a staffer's time.

Prepare for new orders. I couldn’t find a single article reporting this outstanding news. We don’t hate the corporate media nearly enough. But yesterday, Representative Thomas Massie filed a short and sweet bill to repeal the PREP Act. It is exactly what the government needs to start rebuilding trust.

As regular readers are well aware, I am currently suing the federal government over the PREP Act, in Moms for America v. HHS (Northern District of Florida). So I know a little bit about it.

The PREP Act is a 2005 law, quietly passed in the wake of the Anthrax panic, and it provides the legal liability immunity to vaccine makers (and others) for any of their products used during a declared “pandemic.” Injured, disabled, or killed citizens cannot sue vaccine makers even if the vendors lied, but instead may only submit ‘claims’ to a useless and hyper-stingy black box called the “Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program” (CICP).

From what I’ve seen, you’d have better chances by mailing your claim to Wuhan, or stuffing it in Walmart’s suggestions box.

Nothing about PREP makes sense. If a product is “safe and effective,” then why does a manufacturer even need liability immunity? And if it’s not “safe and effective,” what right does the government have to mandate it in a free society?

It’s not exactly a recipe for trust. What national security objective is achieved by forcing citizens to take untested products, eroding trust in all our institutions and making us all outraged at our own government? Our enemies are taking victory laps.

Massie’s bill, which in a sane world should quickly pass and be signed into law (but of course, we’re not in a sane world), said it all in its short preamble:

(1) Liability shields granted under the PREP Act have undermined public trust and accountability during public health emergencies.
(2) The ability of citizens to seek redress for injury or harm is a fundamental principle of justice and due process. (Exactly what my lawsuit argues.)
(3) The PREP Act has enabled regulatory capture and legal immunity for pharmaceutical manufacturers at the expense of individual rights.

This might be the single most important bill since the Declaration of Independence was signed.

So far, Massie is standing alone (again) doing the unpleasant legislative work while others rack up clicks about Ukraine. If they are serious about health freedom, now’s the time to prove it. We don’t need any more soundbites. We need real accountability— and that starts with repealing the law that lets drug companies maim and kill with impunity, then walk away protected by statute.

Here’s the new operation: Mr. Massie needs some co-sponsors. Send your Representative and Senator a quick note of encouragement, if you feel agree. There are two ways, calling (best) or emailing.

Use House.gov to quickly find your representative’s phone number (put in your zip code at the top of the page).

https://www.house.gov/

Here’s the script, but feel free to improvise:

Hi, my name is [Your Name], and I’m a constituent from [City or ZIP]. I’m calling to urge Representative [Last Name] to co-sponsor Rep. Thomas Massie’s bill to repeal the PREP Act, HR  4388.
The PREP Act gives total legal immunity to pharmaceutical companies, even when people are harmed. That’s not acceptable. We need real accountability to rebuild public trust.
Please let the Representative know this is an important issue to me and others in our district.
Thank you.

If you prefer, use Democracy.io to quickly send emails to your own representatives based on your address.

https://democracy.io/#!/

Or do both! Here’s a handy email script:

Subject: Please Co-Sponsor Rep. Massie’s Bill to Repeal the PREP Act
I’m writing as your constituent to respectfully urge you to co-sponsor Rep. Thomas Massie’s bill to repeal the PREP Act, HR  4388.
The PREP Act grants pharmaceutical companies total immunity—even in cases of fraud or injury—while severely limiting recourse through the CICP. That’s not justice, and it’s certainly not freedom.
If the government truly wants to rebuild public trust in medical policy, accountability must return. HR  4388 accomplishes that by removing blanket immunity and restoring citizens’ ability to seek redress.
Please stand with your constituents—not the pharmaceutical lobby—and co-sponsor this essential legislation.
Thank you,
[Your Name], [Your ZIP Code]
If you joined in the fun, let everyone know in the comments. (And let us know if you remember our victorious 5-a-day calling army.)

Plus, actually repealing PREP would make my job as a lawyer much easier. Just saying.

OK, I did the democracy.io one.
