Most are sick and tired of all of the Judicial terror at this point. Trump should push what ever EO's he has and just get them all out. Then go straight to implementing the economic policies and plays that he did in 2017 that got the economy booming so quickly.
He should let the crooked Judges all undermine his authority and show their true colors. But in the meantime focus on what made the Democrats in retrospect view Trump as a great President in his first term compared to the Democrat option. The whole point of the Judiciary assault is to distract Trump and tie him up in playing whackamole with scumbags and shitheads. While not performing as the converted voters expected.

Trump should do everything in his power to grant large swathes of the Obama Federal Lands to anyone that has a good Farm/Agriculture business model and can demonstrate a sound competent means to deliver. To get produce and livestock wholesale prices down and in check. What ever Global NGO prohibits family farms from producing this crop or the other. Trump should EO that we no longer listen to the World Bank, and Economic Forums mandates and restrictions on farmers in America.

He should also send the SBA into hyperdrive and get manufacturing booming, with small businesses with grants and loans to get our manufacturing sector back on line and jobs created.

He could also take more of the Obama federal landgrab and from the Chinese and Bill Gates and build 10 new huge metro areas in America to create the biggest building boom America has ever seen. There would be so much work people would be begging for the return of many of the Immigrants we must deport NOW. Have them come back when properly vetted and having gone through the appropriate legal channels to do so.

All the while giving firesides saying how much more wonderful his polices would be if those radical judges weren't upending our constitution of fight the will of the people.

He should have a MAGA Primary candidate for every district for every RINO and COMMIE in Congress and the Senate and plead to the American voter that Democracy depends on them sending a Congress and a Senate that willing to give him a 60+% majority so he can't be hamstrung. So he can drain the commies out of the Judiciary as well. Those people must be stopped and are the heart of the Deep State. You can't gut the Deep State and leave those Sons of Bitches on the Bench they will just bring them all back and undo everything Trump did when he leaves. They might even rule with the Commies like in some EU countries to suspend the Elections and just appoint a commie to be the leader until further notice. The Judges are getting just that powerful.

He's got to play the 2026 long game and don't fall for the Liberal's trap. They are trying to make him argue with a fool, so the voters can't tell the difference between the greater fools. They want to drag him down to their level of incompetence and stop him from accomplishing anything. Which is what he will do if he spends 4 years swatting the maggots.

All of this.

And judges can be removed for failure to exhibit good conduct (which is a nice wide loophole, failure to cite precedence or citing the play "Hamilton") or censored or investigated with a simple majority vote. The process can be the punishment.

Yep but you need 60% to do it.

Trump's 2026 campaign for the midterm endorsed candidates.
"They all got to be impeached!"
A promise to impeach every radical Judge, Obama, and Biden put on the bench. Actually a full judicial review and audit of every ruling, to see if those judges sided with the constitution or Overton's window. If the later they must be removed, that would mean a lot of Bush judges and a lot of KuKu bird Judges that Trump managed to throw in there that stabs him in the back from time to time as well.

TPB, up to 12 ignores now. Nice.
This question reminds me of another question: "On a righteous path, how many otherwise innocent people are you willing to shoot through because they got in-between because it's what the system told them to defend?".
We certainly can lean into desired outcomes but I don't have a lot of confidence in harmless tactics giving a timely result. My current solution is just to say mean things to entertain and educate the youth in hope of a "democratic" execution.

The process (impeachment) is the penalty (explained in another thread). Impeach all of them and let that be a warning to the rest of the bribed and pedo-rapist judges that they're next.

If there is no prospect of real punishment at the end of the process, the process is not the punishment. If anything they will enjoy the limelight and TV time.

I had some real problems with the Democrats wanting to stack the courts (even the Supreme) when they had the majority. Remember that 48 of the 50 Democrat senators were in favor of doing away with the filibuster. This would have allowed the Democrats to expand the number of Supreme Court justices to where the Libtards had an overwhelming majority. Then they could have crammed all their communist wet dreams through the system.

While it is tempting to use a simple majority to remove judges for rulings you don't like, You may dread life if the other side ever gets just a majority again.

In other words...yes cast the ring into the volcano.

..simple majority vote

Nope. That only covers the WHY.

The only MEANS DEFINED by the Constitution for doing so is impeachment & removal.

They can't be censured, either. Censure only applies to members of a group, not outside it.

House can censure one of their own. But can't be sure anyone else - Senator, President, you, me...

Senate likewise can only censure one of their own.

This is why attempts to censure Slick Willy in lieu of impeachment ultimately flopped. It would have been ruled unconstitutional by the courts.

The best and easiest way is another Judiciary Act. Abolish all the courts and set up new ones. Existing judges lose their tenure and new ones will need appointment.

This is needed anyway. The current court jurisdictions are like over 100 years old and need redrawing.

Congress can pass a resolution to celebrate something or condemn something.

The "Good Conduct" vote is not settled law and Congress could very well pass it with a simple majority and force SCOTUS to rule.

Other things could be simply messing with Court jurisdictions, which does not require 2/3 vote. "Reyes is now in the new Federal Traffic Court for the 9th District"

Of course, lawyers and other judiciary supremacists want it to be the same as impeachment.

Yup. Probably needs 60 votes in the Senate. But the GOP only needs 51 votes to remove that bill from the filibuster to get around that.

The Antichrist is going to change everything, laws, courts, electronic banking, strict surveillance and military control. It’s going to be “peaceful” for everyone except those who refuse to worship the beast one world religious leader/system.
